Early prototype for endoscopy-specific ambient documentation workflows.
Endoscopy Scribe is exploring how procedure-room speech could be transformed into physician-reviewed draft colonoscopy documentation.
Current development uses synthetic and public test material only. The project is not deployed clinically, does not process real patient data, and is not represented as HIPAA-ready.
The technical focus is speech-to-text reliability, active-case boundaries, transcript quarantine, provenance, uncertainty handling, and draft-only physician review.
